If you’re ready to change your life and commit to the adventure of that journey, perhaps it’s time to be Grounded Within.
Grounded Within: A 12-week Private Coaching Process
For the woman who knows there is something deeper beneath the constant avoidance and self-doubt.
You are ready to start building a new way of being.
The 12 weeks move through three distinct phases:
1. Come Back to Yourself
Who are you now? What matters most? What gives you energy? What drains it? What are your personal anchors?
2. Untangling the Mess
Where does your energy “leak” in ways that don't work anymore? For example: over-thinking, people pleasing, poor boundaries, out-dated belief systems, procrastination, trying to control everything.
3. Living What You Know
Ask. Decide. Say the thing. Set the boundary. Let someone else carry the load. Rest. Try again. Learn. Adjust. Keep moving.
